Roles
- Sliance is the controller of account and billing data, and a processor of personal data contained in workspace content you upload. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request.

- Lawfulness, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; accountability.
Data subject rights
- Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, portability, objection, and rights related to automated decision-making. We respond within 30 days.
Breach notification
- We will notify affected customers and relevant authorities without undue delay, and where feasible within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal data breach.
Sub-processors & transfers
- We maintain a list of sub-processors and use Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
