These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sliance.com website and the Sliance AI marketing platform (the "Service") operated by Cognitive Market Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., the owner and operator of Sliance (GSTIN 22AAICC0720A1ZN) ("Sliance", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the Service you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Sign-in may require a one-time verification code sent to your email.
- You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.
2. The Service
- Sliance provides AI-assisted tools to plan, create, review, approve, publish and measure marketing activity. Features depend on your plan and connected services.
- Some features are labelled Beta, Demo or Coming Soon. Demo integrations simulate connection or publishing and do not post to third-party platforms.
- We may modify, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid plans.
3. No guarantee of results
- Sliance is a productivity tool. We make NO commitment, warranty or guarantee of any marketing success, including (without limitation) search rankings, traffic, reach, engagement, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment.
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all content before publishing or activation, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws, platform policies and advertising standards.
- Any example outputs, sample reports or illustrative data are for demonstration only and do not predict your results.
4. Subscriptions, payments and AI credits
- Plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis in the currency you select (INR, USD, EUR, GBP or AED). INR prices are inclusive of 18% GST. Indian businesses may enter their GSTIN at checkout to receive a GST invoice. Prices in other currencies are export-of-service prices; any local taxes are your responsibility.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store full card details.
- AI credits included in a plan are a monthly allowance. Purchased credit packs are non-transferable and have no cash value. Failed AI tasks are not charged.
- Advertising media spend and third-party subscriptions are paid directly to those providers and are not part of your Sliance subscription.
- There is no long-term commitment: you may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- You must not use the Service to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, infringing or harmful content, spam, or misleading advertising.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other customers' data.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
6. Your content and data
- You retain ownership of the content, brand materials and data you provide and of the outputs generated for you, subject to third-party rights and the AI provider terms.
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
- Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR & Data Protection statement. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor and you act as the controller.
7. Third-party services
- Integrations with third-party platforms (social networks, CMS, ad platforms, AI providers) are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes or API restrictions.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sliance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Sliance in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify Sliance against claims arising from content you publish, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
10. Termination
- You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. On termination you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
11. Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (including the EU/UK GDPR). Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to such mandatory rights.
