No long-term commitment
- Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. If you were charged in error or experienced a significant service failure, contact us within 7 days and we will review a full or pro-rated refund.
- Unused purchased AI credits are non-refundable but remain in your wallet while your account is active.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.
Failed AI tasks
- Credits are not deducted for AI tasks that fail. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support.
